THE FOUNDER
fanny grew up in bordeaux, france, and moved to sydney in 2013 on a whim — a friend said "come" she said "yes".
growing up, she had a handful of unpleasant experiences where she felt unprepared. that lit a fire which was reignited by what is happening in the world. nostia was born. to prepare women to face what the world throws at them.
single mum of two, triathlete, quirky woman who made tough choices to get here — nostia is fanny choosing preparation for every woman who comes next.
"prepared isn't a feeling. it's a decision. i made mine. now i'm here to help women make theirs."
